Hidden gem These hemp seeds are my favorite. They are very fresh and are the cheapest I could find on the web for this good of quality. Also I contacted them and they are technically organic since there are no chemical/pesticides or anything used on them. The customer service is great and will answer any questions you might have. I eat hemp seeds everyday and have tried other brands but none can compare. These taste the best, are fresh, have 10 grams of complete protein, 3 grams of omega 3’s, and are the cheapest I could find for being chemical and pesticide free. I found hemp seeds to actually taste fine by themselves but they are way better in a smoothie or yogurt. I usually take Greek yogurt (since it has more protein than regular) and add some berries, flax, chia, hemp, and cacao powder. This tastes so heavenly and gives so much energy and is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and protein. Definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Food For Thought I am on my 3rd bag!! These seeds come ready-to-use, ready-to-eat! Easy going down; may be mixed or sprinkled with ANY food or soup. 65% oil by weight makes it highly absorptive by the body, which NEEDS the fatty acids to build cell walls, brain tissue and absorb fat-soluble vitamins (Something to think about!).I empty my bag into an air-tight canister, then store in the fridge (preserves taste, doesn’t go rancid!). I will not go a day without my 1/4 cup of hemp seeds (I divide my serving into 2 parts — a.m., and p.m.). I feel better, after 10 days (+ or -) and my energy picks up.Read the package — it’s comprehensive on use and storage! I buy mine here on AMAZON, exclusively (The feds have outlawed ALL hemp products — go figure!!), so this comes from Canada. However, delivery is FAST, and there is no ranger of damage to the bags — they are REALLY protected! Please READ about the benefits of hemp and hemp Oil also. You’ll be surprised at the improvement in your…

Lower hull fiber than other brands. Makes excelent smoothies. I used to buy the Manitoba Harvest hemp nuts, but decided to try these since they are less expensive. As it turns out they are even better. I use them in smoothies, and the Manitoba Harvest ones have about 3 times the amount of fiber which gives the smoothie an unpleasant sawdust texture. Low fiber is a good thing for hemp nuts as you can find cheaper sources of fiber in other foods. The fiber in hemp nuts is the result off inefficiencies in the hull separation process. Since these are much cleaner and make better smoothies. I will be sticking with this brand from here on out.
