YUMMY CHIA SEEDS This is an enormous amount of Chia Seeds for the money and they are Quality. I use them in my Smoothies every day, my Cereal and even in my Green Banana Ice Cream. I prefer to just keep it in the heavy resealable container it comes in & take out what I need. I’ve been picking them out before adding to my meals (very annoying & takes forever) thus I have avoided them I read the all the reviews on this yet felt confident that a few shells would be ok (not realizing how hard that would be on my teeth).
